  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Thomas & Caroline Vancouver is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Method & Origin

  • All orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners.

  • Our suppliers may be located outside your country of residence, including China.

Because of this, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Costs may vary depending on:

    • Shipping destination

5. Shipping Responsibility & Accuracy

  • Once tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
